Dear Vodafone

My name is Tyler and I am one of many people struggling with the internet. We are a multi media class we do every thing on our laptops except for the odd test we have been trying to get it working but all hope fails.

It happens about 8:45 and 11:00 then it dies down but just as we come into third block it starts back up again and worse this time we can't even get onto the internet itself.

We expect better and we should get it because we use the internet every day. By the start of term two we should have better internet and be working at full capacity.

Your sincerely
Tyler Crocker
